For Club Managers

Join RateMyRound as a Club Owner to turn real player feedback into clearer priorities for Tees, Fairways, and Greens — and stay connected with the members who call your course home.

Why clubs join

Members and visitors already talk about course conditions. RateMyRound captures that feedback in a consistent format you can act on — month by month, course by course — without relying on anecdotal comments alone.

What you get

Claim or add your golf club, manage course details for approval, and use Ratings Reports to understand how your courses compare over time. Focus maintenance where players notice it most.

Condition insights

See how Tees, Fairways, and Greens are rated across seasons so you can plan work around real player experience — not just a single review.

Your club presence

Keep club and course information current. Updates go through admin approval while your live listing stays stable for golfers browsing the platform.

Member visibility

Club owners can view the list of members who have marked themselves as members of their course. This is a read-only roster — you can see who belongs, but you cannot edit member accounts.

See your course members

When a golfer sets your course as their home course, they can also confirm “I am also a Member of this course.” That membership is stored against your club and course, giving you a clear view of engaged home members on RateMyRound.

As a Club Owner you may review that members list for your own clubs. Editing profiles, passwords, or account status remains with the member and RateMyRound admins — owners get visibility, not control over personal data.

  1. Create a RateMyRound account and choose Club Owner when you sign up.
  2. Open Members → My Golf Clubs to claim an existing club or request a new one.
